These are the steps to your vacation
We'll ask you some questions to understand your desired timeframe, comfort level of spending and travel preferences.
We will do our best to understand your current passport circumstances, to give you an itinerary where little to no visas and/or extra documentation will be required for your destination(s).
We will send you an overview of your surprise destination trip, including details on method (examples: cruise, guided excursion, or airplane and hotel), with breakdown on costs (including insurance) and the total cost.
You will have 48 hours to accept your adventure by approving the booking and proceeding with the purchase.
Within 3 business days after accepting our proposal and providing us with all necessary documentation for us to finalize the bookings, you will receive complete details of your destination.

Parts of your trip may involve nonrefundable items (that's how we can get you great deals).
Once you accept the proposal and provide us your payment method along with travel docs, the booking is final, even if you do not take the trip.
